What are your essential requirements to confirm a studio booking?

We asked creators what they really needed. And we listened.

Not everyone needs the whole studio space. Sometimes, all a creator wants is :

- A clean space

- Natural light

- Clean bathrooms

- A functioning kitchen 

And that’s valid.

We know that creators come in all budgets and scales, from first-time photographers doing portfolio work to extensive commercial shoots with clients, models, and a crew.

Early on, we noticed that everyone bargained, not because they don’t value the space, but because their shoots didn’t need everything we offered. So we broke it down.

Bare Necessities

- Just space, good light, bathroom, kitchen.

 - Perfect for small product shoots, reels, content creators.

Secondary Requirements

- Add a makeup room, dressing space, and privacy.

- Ideal for fashion campaigns, music videos, lifestyle shoots.

Tertiary Add-ons

- Like equipments, props, casting, art sourcing and putting together a crew. 

- Think campaign days, ad film productions and the biggies.

We also offer flexible floor sizes to suit your needs:

500 sq.ft., 1,000 sq.ft., and 1,250 sq.ft.

Instead of saying no to discounts, we decided to repackage.
